Treasurekart offers shipping services within India and worldwide, subject to service availability in the destination location.

PAN-India shipping is FREE for orders above ₹1,000/-, subject to the applicable shipping terms displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Treasurekart shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refund Policy

Treasurekart accepts returns within 5 days from the date of delivery, and returns are applicable only for products received in damaged condition.

Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video

For any damage-related return or replacement claim:

  • The customer must record a continuous 360° unboxing/opening video of the package.

  • The video should clearly show the package from all sides before opening.

  • The opening of the package and the condition of the product must be clearly visible in the video.

  • The video should be recorded at the time of opening the parcel and should not be edited or interrupted.

  • Claims without a valid opening/unboxing video may not be accepted.

Customers must notify Treasurekart of the damaged product within the applicable 5-day return period and provide the required photographs/videos and order details.

Products returned must be in their original condition and packaging, along with the accessories or components supplied with the order.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, wear and tear, or negligence after delivery will not qualify for a return.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Treasurekart will determine whether the product qualifies for replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
