At Treasurekart, we are pleased to offer worldwide shipping so that customers across the globe can shop for our jewellery conveniently through Treasurekart.in.

Please read the following International Shipping Policy carefully before placing an international order.

We Ship Worldwide

• International orders can be placed directly through Treasurekart.in.

• Each order will be processed within 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

• Every product undergoes a quality check before being securely packed and dispatched.

• International shipments are sent through trusted courier partners such as FedEx and DHL, subject to service availability in the destination country.

International Shipping Charges

• Standard international shipping charges are ₹3,000 per kg.

• Typically, 7–10 jewellery pieces can be accommodated within 1 kg, depending on the design, size, packaging requirements, and weight of the products.

• If the final package weight exceeds 1 kg, additional shipping charges may apply.

• In such cases, Treasurekart will share the applicable courier/shipping invoice or charge details, and the customer will be required to pay the balance shipping amount before dispatch.

Additional Pre-Shipment Video Service

If requested, Treasurekart can provide a complete video of your packed order before shipment.

• Customers who require this service should mention their request in the Customer Note section while placing the order.

• The video will be shared through WhatsApp before the shipment is dispatched, wherever feasible.

• All international orders are shipped from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

• Treasurekart remains closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges, if applicable, are not included in the product price or international shipping charges unless specifically stated at checkout.

Treasurekart is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local authorities.

Delivery Information

• International delivery generally takes 3–7 working days after the shipment is dispatched, subject to the destination country, courier network, customs clearance, and other logistical conditions.

• Once the shipment reaches the destination country, the local delivery/courier partner may contact the customer for delivery-related requirements.

• Customers must provide a valid and reachable mobile number and accurate delivery address while placing the order.

• Delivery timelines may be extended due to customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond Treasurekart's control.

360° Unboxing Video – Mandatory for Damage Claims

For any international shipment that appears to have been damaged during transit, a continuous 360° unboxing video is mandatory.

Customers must:

• Record the package before opening it.

• Clearly show all sides of the package and shipping label.

• Record the complete opening of the package without cuts or editing.

• Clearly show the condition of the products and packaging.

Claims without a valid, continuous unboxing video may not be accepted.
