• Delivery timelines may vary for remote or difficult-to-service locations.

• During high-demand periods, festivals, sales, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen courier/logistics issues, delivery may take slightly longer.

Address Accuracy – Please Note

Customers are requested to carefully verify their shipping address, mobile number, and PIN code before placing an order.

• Treasurekart will not be responsible for delays, misrouting, or return of a package caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer.

• If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal to accept the package, or repeated delivery attempts, the customer may be required to bear the applicable reshipping charges.

• Treasurekart will not be responsible for product loss resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Non-Serviceable Areas

If your PIN code is not serviceable through our available courier partners, our team will contact you and, wherever possible, request an alternative delivery address.

If no suitable alternative is available, the order may be cancelled and the applicable amount will be processed as per Treasurekart's cancellation/refund terms.

Tracking Information

• Once your order has been shipped, the tracking details/link will be sent to your registered email address or through the communication method provided during checkout.

• You can use the tracking details to check the current status of your shipment.

• Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed over to the courier.

Important: Beware of Fake Delivery Payment Requests

All Treasurekart orders are prepaid, and the applicable shipping charges are already included/paid during checkout.

If a delivery person or any other individual asks you for:

• Additional delivery charges

• Security deposits

• Extra payment

• OTP/payment-related charges

• Any other unexpected amount

Please do NOT make the payment without verifying it with Treasurekart.

Such requests may not be authorized by Treasurekart and could potentially be fraudulent.
